Mmaa Social Multi Green Ring Hand Woven Straw Placemat Placemats

We have worked together with Mmaa Social to develop a stunning range of hand woven placemats in exclusive colours to sit well with our Bertioli by Thyme printed linens.

Mmaa work with a group of artisans, part of a collective on the border of Ghana. All of which are paid fairly for their products. The Placemats are completely sustainable: straw is procured locally, vegetable based dyes are used to dye the straw by hand and the weaving is all done by women in the collective.

Please note, due to their hand made nature these products vary slightly in shade, design and size – all adding to their charming character!
